This is a lovely spot, but it is definitely geared towards seasonal campers. We stayed for 6 nights, using it as a base to explore the Annapolis Valley. The "serviced" site we booked for our tent trailer had broken water and electrical outlets and no sewage hookup. Stayed the end of august the gentleman that brought our wood was very helpful and polite but the lady at the office didn't seem so interested in helping us. We made reservations on-line two months ago for two sites close together big enough for tents and screen tents. We received the confirmation email. Great place to get away. Kids had fun playing at the playground and swimming in the big pool. Beautiful spot. Cottages were very nice and had everything you need and completely spotless. Owners were very nice and the fireworks were pretty awesome. My family and I will definitely be coming back. So relaxing.
